The Official EPL 2010/11 Thread

Avram Grant is taking this weekend's game off because of a Jewish Holiday Yom Kapuur. I was wondering how will it reflect on him if West Ham win their game this weekend?

Arsenal drew 1-1. Sunderland equalise almost last kick of the game. Song red carded on 65mins

Have to admit berbatov showed great composure to score when he was being dry humped by Torres

Bliksem what a goal by Berbatov.

Contender for goal of the season!!!

French player of Tunisian descent... was a cracker of a strike from about 30 yards out!!!

I know who he is, but how in the name of all things bright and beautiful did Newcastle manage to nab him?

As for the game, not a good result for Pool, O Shea should have gotten binned. Absolute rubbish from the ref - it was a clear red card.

Yes it was. Amazing.

Not a red card, as it wasn't a clear goalscoring opportunity, as Torres was never in control of that ball or had even touched it.

As for Chelsea, omfg. Tell them to relaxm they're depressing me.

I did just that, they went back to second gear in the second half - even gave Blackpool a bigger chance by putting on Bruma - but the lad just slotted in perfectly. Sorry mate.

"Blackpool fans now singing: 'you're not as good as Arsenal.' Note to Blackpool: Don't make Chelsea angry!"
Blackpool fans now singing: 'how s**t must you be - you've only scored four!'

lol
haha

Blackpool's sesnse of humour maintained with chants of "can we play you every week" and "you're not as good as Arsenal"! (BluesChronicle, twitter) Awesome fans :)

Hehe...

@TheChelsOrg: Even after today's defeat, #Blackpool remain seven places ahead of #Liverpool in the PL. Liverpool stay rooted at 16th place. :) #Chelsea

Mr Ref, you are a t0ss and Once again that camera kissing m0ffie and that bar-stool Carragher gets away with k@k tackling
What were the commentators smoking - Torres's panties?!?!? - and they shared it with the panel of experts as well - Liverpool this, Liverpool that, Terrible fouls by us but when Gerrad fouls our players - no its a contact sport and then they went on about red card this red card that -- red card my @$$
Thank your lucky stars for average joes like Evans and Oshea (and the Ref) to save some face on what was a familiarly average Liverpool performance

/Close Rant

Well done boys on kl@pping those average scousers
And Berba you are a genius!!!

Fanboi rant as usual...totally subjective. Both fouls were fairly called, but imo liverpool didn't deserve to score based on how well they were outplayed. It was the usual rush of blood to united's players head head that let them get the 2 goals they didn't deserve.
