How much effort are you putting in this run?

I do majority of my runs at an easy pace and just treat parkrun as a full-on tempo run. It has shown incredible results compared to 2019/2020 when I also would've considered myself fit but rarely hit under 30mins per 5k.

That was a lot of effort for me, I was very tired after that run.

Well, I am a slow paced jogger. You know those sloth paced people you see on the road, I am one of them. :) Using just stationery bike for now but will amble on the roads sometime this week.
Here we call it an old mans shuffle. Register now and start with a PR run/walk this weekend. Lots of positive energy to feed off and you'll get motivated to run more.
I'd recommend the ones that have a good crowd so you're not alone among the last.

I am one of those walkers can't run anymore due to arthritis in my one foot. I managed the Atholl parkrun in 41:34

That is a great time for a walker!!
Was also at Atholl this wknd although not my preferred PR.

Week before at the Delta birthday bash with Fordyce - all runners treated to Choc Cake.

Thanks, my first time at Atholl will try and go to Victoria Lake on Saturday.
