I have a few times now and it worked quite lekker, it helped me quite a bit. There are 3 coaches and I found Jeff Galloway to be my favorite.Have any of you used one of the garmin coaches ?

Just a hint, your first run will be a benchmark run. I went balls to the wall on my first benchmark run and it resulted in the rest of my plan being quite challenging. When I say balls to the wall I mean maximum effort and a little more.Signed up for his plan![]()
lol so you are saying try and take it chilled? Does your watch tell you when to walk etc during the plan ?Just a hint, your first run will be a benchmark run. It depends, the one program had a run walk event and I remember one or two saying that you can walk if needed. There will always be a 5 or 10 min cooldown where you can walk or reduce pace.lol so you are saying try and take it chilled? Does your watch tell you when to walk etc during the plan ?
