That is a crazy pace. Judging by my garmin stats, I would not measure up (for a single KM even...)

Finally back to running but I have gotten so damn fat running is hard. Haha
I entered backyard ultra for this coming weekend, only planning on doing 2 laps (14km) in 2 hours but going to enjoy the day and support some friends.

Yeah rediculous, if you want the comrades record you need to hit 3:37 I think. My goal is to hit that for a 5km then I am happy
