Talk about wasting time watching blips on a trail map. lol. I think it’s worth mentioning that Andrew Glaze is running unsupported with no pacers for the sixth time in a row.
 
Well it did take me 13 minutes to get across the start line after the gun 😂

One reason why I hate big races. Even at Park Runs I wait way back to ensure the field has thinned by the time I get to the start line. Narrow starts are the worst
 
Just for the front runners though, the rest have till Saturday to finish (125 hours)...

125 hours, 1 min and 30 seconds.... damn.
 
I've lost a bit of weight recently, and it's like something clicked. Since the beginning of April, every parkrun I've done has been a sub-30, and the last few weeks I've even hit a couple in the sub-29 range that I haven't hit since August 2018, when I was running 10 or 21k races every second week. This past Saturday was 28:51, I was 28th (out of 500), and 1st in my age category (not often I manage that).
