One reason why I hate big races. Even at Park Runs I wait way back to ensure the field has thinned by the time I get to the start line. Narrow starts are the worst

Just for the front runners though, the rest have till Saturday to finish (125 hours)...I see Cuckoodonot 250 has finished

Sorry gents I have been slacking again, had pharyngitis. Getting back into it before my v02 max completely gets knocked down.
I've lost a bit of weight recently, and it's like something clicked. Since the beginning of April, every parkrun I've done has been a sub-30, and the last few weeks I've even hit a couple in the sub-29 range that I haven't hit since August 2018, when I was running 10 or 21k races every second week. This past Saturday was 28:51, I was 28th (out of 500), and 1st in my age category (not often I manage that).
