What worries me is the not so up to date patches
 
My Note 3 is on 1 September patch. Wonder why the Mi6 is so far behind?

Yes - I thought it was just me it was happening to. I have been unable to connect to MI Suite with either a Xiaomi Note 4 and also a Mi Max 2. I have tried deleting and loading drivers, nothing works for me with Win 10. I was going to try with one of my Windows 7 computers, but haven't tried that yet.

I see on a Google search that the issue has been around more than a year and Xiaomi hasn't bothered to fix it yet.
 
I also had the issue with PC Suite. I just forgot all about it.

Busy setting up the Dev ROM on my RN4. Seems good so far
 
Split screen seems to be working pretty well too. I haven't tested it in landscape mode yet

Development has moved to Oreo and 8.1 is on the way. Nougat has been left behind. Even my LOS was updated yesterday but I'm only on 5 October security patch.
 
Jis, MIUI 9 stable update came through, had to open the update app. What a delight to see the update waiting there for me. Almost done downloading. Mi Max 2

Funny. I saw that the mi drop icon appeared on my phone which is the updated logo . So I wondered if my phone had updated itself. Went into updater and then found I can also download update. Wonder how the new app appeared on my phone all by itself. Note4 user
 
Sometimes I have spotted a Google Play update (even though my auto updates are turned off) named Instant Apps flash on my screen for a split second. I wonder if it has to do with that, perhaps?
 
Seems to be missing the Photo eraser from Gallery editor. Or is it only on the beta so far.
Also wouldn't have mind if they added the App vault to this release.

Split screen seems to work fine. Very easy to use.
 
Anyone else get these ads in their phone after using the cleaning app?
