Do it won't become Mi A3 Lite or whichever corresponding model?
Already considering the Mi A2 Litewhich xiaomi's, if any, meet the following criteria:
1. 4000mAh battery
2. 2 sims + dedicated microsd
3. 1080p screen
4. Pie
5. USB C
6. easily available cash
Or which devices have the most combination of these? 2 and 3 are musts

Not gonna lie, I also want an old screen but that pretty much rules out most midrangers besides Samsung's. So I am waiting on pricing and availability of the new A series and the M30Mi A2 lite
1. 4000mAh battery - Check
2. 2 sims + dedicated microsd - Check
3. 1080p screen - Check
4. Pie - Check - Android One, which means you are covered for Q
5. USB C - Heck, 5/6 isnt too bad hey. I think it supports quickcharge 3.0
6. easily available cash - R3399 from MIA here
In addition:
Cameras are decent. But for a R3K phone they are very good (get the Gcam apk).
With the exception of USB C, it looks like this is a winner. Especially if you are not a "power user".
The SD625 + 4000mAH battery should easily give you 2 days. And Android One support means your security updates are... up to date![]()
And if you get bored of vanilla android there are plenty options over at XDA

But Might A2 Lite should do the job. Will wait and see.
I'm having this issue with my Mi6 as well. I don't think that the USB C connector is a good connector in general. It's too sloppy, there is no grip around the port it connects to on the phone, and I have tried many USB C cables. My Redmi Note 4 charging port doesn't work anymore, or with a great struggle. Connect / Disconnect the whole time. Not the USB cable.
Yeah probably unless it's like 256gb, I have 128gb card that's filling upIs 2. a must if the onboard storage is sufficient?
Amazon has the 64gb for 3200 deliveredMi A2 lite

I'm not a mobile gamer really so chipset should be okay, current phone has a SD808. Really feel like I should get an oled since your screen is probably what you use the most on your phone. And that enormous battery.I'm not too keen on the M series because Xynos chips...
Just found this on the Mi A3... possibly

I've put some rubivng alcohol with a toothbrush. Next day it is now 100%. Still under warranty, so if it give issues again I'm not gonna 'fix' it and just send back....I'm having this issue with my Mi6 as well. I have also considered Poco, local sourcing is pricy and is gearbest actually shipping and delivering on time these days?Pocophone F1 has all ticked
Edit: sorry did not see 2 sim + microSD. Poco has 1 sim + microSD or 2 sim but with 128Gig I dont notice the lack of microSD
