There ended up being an issue with the shipping and my order was cancelled and refunded. The price has also gone up in the mean time.

Will keep looking for something cheap and cheerful online

Not from Miphones.co.za but from mia.africa.com, was without any hassles and quick delivery.

Yes. I've had to. Initially I struggled to get through to them. But this was late last year. Of late they are actually efficient. My box packed up so they replaced it with a new one.

Finally got my Mi Band 4 from Banggood and the screen picked up 2 scratches on the 2nd day of using it

Seems to be a common "issue" from what I've read on Reddit so order a screen protector for it if you plan on buying one.

Had my Mi Band 2 for 2 years and it didn't get a single scratch.

My Mi Band 2 started showing some wear and tear just after two years. I would have had it for exactly three years on the 28th of this month:

The battery life isn't too hot anymore either, lasting about 20 - 23 days instead of the usual 30+ on a full charge

I've bumped my 4 against multiple objects without any resultant scratches. My 3 has a deep scratch near the top from brushing a wall.

The problem with a screen protector is you won't be able to swim/bath/shower with it on anymore.
