I have had my Redmi 9 pro for 5 months, purchased from Takealot, the earpiece has just stopped working. I don't see the phone on Mia or Takealot, do you think they will refund me or repair?

It's within 6 months so you can choose if you want a refund or repair.
 
I am looking for a new mid range phone and considering the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 (R2999 at Takealot today) and the Xiaomi Redmi 9T (R3199 at Takealot today). It seems they are very similar, but I am leaning towards the 9T - any comments or suggestions?
Do they both have NFC?

Maybe we need to start inquiring on MIA website or their facebook page. Hopefully if they see there is a local demand they would consider bringing in these models in sooner.

I did ask them a while ago, the reply was that they don't have a specific time frame for when it will be released.

That's the same response I got recently when I enquired about a particular model phone. The more people that enquire, the more it shows them that there is an interest in these models and hopefully it will push them to get these models in sooner.
 
Also asked yesterday, same response no time frame and must go check Facebook from time to time to see any announcements. Basically said if I want a phone I must buy the 9T.
 
Hi Guys I just dropped my Xiaomi Mi 6, only the case got damaged a little but I noticed that the phone is responding slower then normal. When I unlock the phone with my fingerprint and when I open apps it takes longer.

I would like to know if I reinstalled the software will it fix this issue?

If you have any other advice of how to fix this please let me know.

Probably not, software can’t fix hardware damage.
