The Official Xiaomi Thread

I must be over worked or something. But for the life of me, cannot resize any widgets on my Redmi 9T for some reason.

I mean it's just long press, right?
But no borders come up, just the Remove button.

Anyone else seeing this at all?
 
Damn, I contacted Mia and they state that none of their phones sold here come with NFC. That is a must have for me.

Hold de move the widget, the resizing borders should show up
 
Has anyone bought cases from MyDailyDeals? If so, what was your experience dealing with them?

Their cases are cheap so I'm not expecting the best quality but at least their designs don't look dog sh*t like some others online.

Ah that makes sense. Which apps exactly? I hadn't realised phone payments had taken off to that extent (other than SnapScan and Zapper and the like)
 
Has anyone successfully managed to complete the DIGIMI verification on the Standard Bank app?
i have no issues on my samsung, but it just refuses to verify on the xiaomi redmi9.

apart from this - i am very happy with the xiaomi.


side note: i just uninstalled the pre-installed youtube app and facebook modules.

Nope, tried a number of times and gave up. Each time I completed the process, my profile at the bank was locked...
 
Anybody with a Redmi 9T?

Apparently there are bootloop & overheating issues.

The phone is stuck in a bootloop after updating it & apparently the motherboard is an issue.

This also occurs on the Poco M3.

Anybody experienced this?

I found my old Redmi 4A. Still works just as fast as day#1,a nd the battery is still good.

I'm using it as a remote control at home and a GPS in the vehicle.
