It's your money ultimately but 360mm AIOs are meant for processors using 175W of power and more (overclocked top-end CPU's).

There is value in slightly overdoing the cooling so you can run a quieter system but not to that extent.
The plan is to over upgrade to bigger CPU after some time

Well, Initially I wanted the top fans (3x140mm) and because I needed to get a fan controller someone suggested that I go 360 since the total price would come to that.
Okay that part is true come to think about it.
I got a decent cheap case, but the fans came up to over the price of the case.

I have a 5600x with a

This is essentially a hyper 212 with 2 fans and argb lighting.

Without over-clicking, I cannot get the CPU temp to get to 70 degrees. The fans are programmed to go full tilt at 70, but we never get there, even with simulated test programs that max out the CPU.

This was initially my fan selected fan, I think I will go back to this one.

I use Ma610P on my 3900x, does actually get quite hot with the default turbo and voltages amd uses for the ryzen chips.I did an undervolt of 4,25ghz 1.26v and got temp drop of 10c.

What are you planning to upgrade to?

Looking at the GPU prices I think more people are going to use the power of the future. The future is fusion.

Finally managed to snag a GPU. Overpriced Aorus Elite 6700 XT. Not going to complain too much, because it was priced at £50 more than last week when I wasn't even able to get it into my basket. And with this GPU **** set to only potentially possibly maybe right itself in 2023, I'm just going to shut my mouth and game on.

going to continue casual 1080p gaming on my RX480 for the foreseeable future :(

Any youtube videos you guys can recommend for building a pc or are they all pretty much the same ?
