I email them yesterday at about 8:00am and got an email at 8:30am. Otherwise credit reversal? I see FNB messaged me yesterday about my purchase with them as it falls under a 30 day buyers protection. Well, according to FNB anyways.

Either way, you can fire off an email for a refund and sit on your hands (assumption) or apply due pressure as needed. Being RSA, you would probably need to involve one or more entities for proper motivation. You know... bring a bigger gun to the conversation.Thanks. Nice PC, what are the full specs?Yeah this thing is brutal. its about 4 times faster at rendering. 17million rays/sec in corona vs 4million.
Also had a scene use 100Gb ram. in the past that scene would cache' and be alot slower.
Super happy. Also decent at games. got a second 1440P, but a gaming one. 165hz Dell. never realised how nice a good refresh is.
Ignore the mess. still setting up my office. thats the kids room lol

Thanks! Before people think I got way too much money, this is my work PC. I started my business (3d artist/arch viz design) 2 years ago, used my then i5 9600k gaming PC with 16 GB ram. been upgrading that over the 2 years to 64GB. FINALLY after saving, I could invest in a proper render monster.
I told wootware my needs, they chose the power/cooler/case etc... Stress tested at 70 degrees which is 20 degrees under the max normal peak temps it should run at.
Final specs
5950x 16 core ryzen
3080 RTX (got this just before the prices went mad, needed RTX for unreal engine dev)
128Gb ram
2x1TB NVME SSD
27inch 1440p designo ASUS (colour accurate design monitor)
27inch 1440p DELL 165hz gaming (wish very good colour too, great for media)
32TB (4x8TB WD RED) Synology NAS in raid 6

Amazing setup but surely you'd have wanted at least one 4K 27" for your main display? Thanks! Before people think I got way too much money, this is my work PC. That’s a beast of a PC. Wootware are really good at building PCs.
Is it possible to show case some of your 3D art?
Please help me with a gaming build for my son. The last time I built a pc from scratch was probably about 10 years ago and I just had a look and realized how out of touch I am.
I have been putting money aside for his birthday next month and I hoped to have about R20k but things being what they are I only have about R12k. I can squeeze probably an extra 2 or 3 on my credit card if I have to.
He has a 23" monitor (plus an older 14" second screen), so thats will do for another few years. He has a keyboard and mouse as well, so its really just the box he needs.
His current pc is an old gen 2 i5 with 16gb of ram and an older gfx card. I may be able to re-use the case if I have to but I will have to get a new psu.
Yep I can relate. Unfortunately GPUs are more than double the price. Please help me with a gaming build for my son. The last time I built a pc from scratch was probably about 10 years ago and I just had a look and realized how out of touch I am.
