I sent through a letter outlining the problems pertaining to the service levels and what we deem to be unethical behaviour from WBS/iBurst to Aki at 702, but to date have yet to receive a response. Strangely enough since then, they have promoted iBurst and its product twice on the show. Seems money is the only thing that talks.

I must be honest that I haven't had too much time to follow up due to my commitments to the FBI (Fireworks Banning Initiative), Anti-Fur Campaign and having become involved in ARC (Animal Rescue Coalition).

Ret assured, I will be sending my original letter that was sent to Aki to Carey.
 
You can always contact the Consumer Protection at the Department of Trade & Industry (http://www.thedti.gov.za/). I have done this and they had a meeting with iBurst (see http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php?t=146614).

Unfortunately iBurst brushed them off that I am one of the rare cases - so if you have real issues (and proof in writing), contact them. If you PM me, I will provide you also with two investigators email addresses.
