I wonder if you know what you're talking about. Neither SWIFT nor most intl payment systems transfer "sovereign fiat currency" as you seem to think. They are payment orders reconciled against nostro/vostro ledgers kept by member institutions.
The only government meddling in SWIFT is through surveillance systems and the rare overreach by the CIA in intercepting/rerouting transactions intended for parties they disapprove of.
Ah duh.. obviously its not an actual crate of currency being moved around. Thats why it is called a Settlement system, wow amazing thanks for clearing that up.
The moment you touch any settlement/physical/digital of a sovereign currency you must adhere to their policies and laws.
I am clearly wasting my time with you as it stands, you dont have a clue how these systems work and likely just tried some google results to refute my claims except you refuted nothing other than copy pasting random gibberish.
