I hope so too. Between him and SFM they're the future of Bok rugby.

The medics have been very cautious with his return, so let's hope it's been thorough. He's on the bench, will probably get 20 mins or so to ease back in.

True. Long test season though, 13 tests and a Barbarians fixture. I reckon he might have been close to earning a cap. We will never know now. Gutted for him! Sounds like a 8 month plus turnaround time on his injury....

One feels it's the crowd's loss. Some spectacular rugby from the local franchises this weekend so far.

Yes, the touring squads have been without their 6N internationals. You can only play what's in front of you and we've properly schooled them.

Love it!

Stormers should cap off the weekend with a full house of points at the business end of the URC.
 
Stormers made a bit of a meal of the Dragons fixture. I was expecting a comfortable victory of between 15 and 20 points. It was anything but...

Dragons defend surprisingly well. There's more mongrel in them than their position on the table suggests.

Stormers created so many scoring opportunities but were thwarted a pass or a phase play short.

I was at Ellis on Saturday, wasn’t too bad considering, they do look good this season.

People complaining about the stadiums being empty, seriously must rethink what the difference between an international stadium and club rugby game.

All Blacks announce three new assistant coaches to join Dave Rennie

Ryan will continue his role as the All Blacks forwards coach, but will now have more of a specific portfolio, looking after the scrum and the maul.

Rennie will be joined by Taranaki head coach Neil Barnes, Kobelco Kobe Steelers lead attack coach and former Scotland halfback Mike Blair, Moana Pasifika head coach Tana Umaga, and current forwards coach Jason Ryan.

This announcement means Robertson’s right-hand man, Scott Hansen will depart his role with the All Blacks, while Tamati Ellison has also been replaced by Umaga as the team’s defence coach.

Well, let's see how this plays out. On the whole, a good coaching team I would say.
