Its precisely that. Its not actually about fixing the issue, but about bringing some more attention to it, and directing that attention where it needs to go.

But if it is true we should never be ashamed to put our own first in everything, pity about the innocent children but government will have to see what they do with them, they are the ones who believe South Africa can accommodate all of Africa.
