I could be wrong but isn't she the woman who accused Msimanga of putting his hands where he knows they don't belong? I remember the DA turned on her when she reported the incident, charged her with something and expelled her.

It is a good plan actually. Difficult to have animosity & hard feelings against a party person that has a miniscule footprint. That person can act as a punching bag / mediator depending on personality.

Last time, they were screaming to high heavens about giving smaller parties more rep, but now...

That's how it should be if they follow the same principle they do on the mayor, if the Mayor goes to the biggest party in the coalition the Speaker should go to the second biggest party.
