Yes, I just recently learnt that my favourite road, Beyers Naude drive is actually a provincial road and the province had a maintenance deal with the municipality, that had subsequently lapsed resulting in endless issue of faulty traffic lights.

I would like to apologise to the city of Joburg for all the times I have wrongfully sworn at them.

An easier way to see who owns what is to see at all the roads that are all of a sudden getting facelifts and upgrades, when we are closer to municipal elections it will be the municipality running around fixing their stuff, now that it's provincial time it's the provinces putting on a good show.

I do understand that but most at least have the decency to put on a respectable facade, this guy did not care about all that, he is the kind of guy you will bump to at the toilet puffing away on a cigarette before taking to the pulpit. I was young back then but I knew cigarettes and alcohol were works of the devil.

For such a conservative church the guy was very dodgy.

Makwarela struggling with duties as a pastor under bail conditions, court told

Former Tshwane Mayor Murunwa Makwarela made his fifth appearance at the Pretoria Specialised Commercial Crimes Court on Friday morning, where he made an application to have his bail conditions relaxed.

In an affidavit that was read to court by Mnisi, Makwarela said the court should take into consideration his rights and responsibilities as an ordained pastor and bishop.

Places like Rustenburg would strongly disagree, they are worse off than 2014, "larnies" and township residents. 2014 up to today 100% controlled by ANC.
