The SA Politics Thread Part 3

I mean what has that got to do with the movie?
The main character is traditionally white in the stories (I think). So, the likes of Zille interpret making Cinderella black as some sort of woke thing. Zille and zombies like that who cry woke tend not to care for nuances. Making Cinderella a different race should have no impact on the movie or story but, the likes of her think that it is some kind of attack on whiteness.

P.S. I do believe you get bad crazy/stupid wokeness just like you do with CRT, but the fundamental principle is sound.

It's funny as **** that the EFF of all people raises this valid critique...
The EFF called for the establishment of an independent body to monitor the human resources process.

“The ANC in government has seized the opportunity and is using these jobs for political electioneering by presenting them as their party programmes.

“By advertising these government jobs through and as ANC programmes, premier Panyaza Lesufi has muddied the recruitment process, bought confusion and blurred the dividing line between government and party functions,” said the red berets.

And according to Carte Blanche last night he's taking money from NGO's who support the most needy to fund his ego projects.
Argh shame man, maybe those NGOs can also apply for the jobs?

Looks like Panyaza has a lot of people hot under the collar, aren't we supposed to to be happy about the employment opportunities?

Everyone looks well fed in this picture.

Dating back 2011 so result is imminent now.

In Covid days the Karens told us there was no time to mount healthy lifestyle campaigns

It's been a few years now and I still haven't seen a single government poster targeting the fatties

I'm sure they could apply for the jobs, but if you'd have watched the programme last night you would realise that most of them are not physically or mentally able to do much for themselves much less work for a living.

Nice to take money away from them to pay salaries to others. Specially when it's actually a vote buying exercise rather than actual job creation.

Don't believe the hype, there are plenty posts that needs to be filled in government, this has absolutely nothing to do with NGOs and their funding.

Panyaza is still going to give you haters a lot of chest pains, I hope you are prepared.

"We are helping ourselves to power," says Gayton. He is going to disrupt the Moonshot. Apparently, they are going to Israel soon to study coalition politics. Wonder who is funding the trip to Israel? It looks like they may be getting funds from the same source as the DA. ANC/EFF funders are unlikely to sponsor a trip to Israel and I doubt the PA will pay for this out of their pockets.
