The opposition political parties seeking to topple the governing ANC in next year's elections have decided on their coalition talks branding, dumping the "moonshot pact" for "multiparty charter for South Africa".

MAC might just be able to remove the ANC and save SA.

That's the quintillion-dollar question, Honourable Member.

At the very best result, they only muster 50 - 52%.

I'd say they'd be between 40% - 47%. If they fall below 40% I'd be shocked (but that would need some massive losses in EC, LM and MP, the ANC's remaining strongholds).

I have nfi actually. Clearly democracy doesn't work. But I'm not a fan of the opposite either. But the main issue for me is the politicians are rubbish. And those who are capable of being good leaders would never dream of entering politics.

Yes @surface there are good leaders out there. But they aren't in politics

So yes I will continue to sit on the fence and piss on both sides because atm everyone's just pretending the other side is schit while their side is equally schit. Just look at Trump and Biden supporters. Both pretending their choice of geriatric is awesome when the reality is both should be pushing daisies.

So if @TheChamp or anyone else is expecting me to pick a side. It isn't going to happen. Not because it's fashionable but because I refuse to back a turd

ANC has been playing the field recently and teasing alliances with DA and EFF. It is hard to say which way they will eventually go. Politics in SA has been hard to predict as of late.

It's a tough one.

Malema's future political prospects could depend on how he manages this.
