This is probably fake. Cooked up to try scuttle the inquiry, straight out of Zuma's handbook. The next step is going to be Mkhwebane filing a motion that the inquiry be halted or cancelled because the chair is tainted, same as how Zuma is doing with Downer.

The Putco subsidies and NGO grants issue was resolved speedily after Panyaza's intervention, remember, he dies not run a departments as a Premier, he can only come in and assist when there is an impasse and he did just that.
