But Zille is a problem. She's erratic and past her time. This was a prime opportunity for them to push towards 30%. I don't blame Steenhuisen, every interview I've seen with him is rational and well thought out. She on the other hand is a loose canon especially when it comes to being caught up in social media. He's just caught up in the crossfire through association with her...
Only the worst woke idiots still blame Zille or the DA being too white.

Ashraf is coping. Simple as. It is the end of the ANC as we know it.
He's right but it is also true that this marks the end of the ANC. That broad church thing was never going to work as even the main party is still a coalition of factions. Let's hope for more splinters.

Gogo wasn't far off with her whiteboard prediction long ago.

The RETs will leave to MK and EFF (that's if they don't merge completely in due course). And the more moderate/centrist will slowly leave to DA, ASA, etc. Leaving a husk of the ANC.
