The SA Politics Thread Part 6

That reminds me. Duduzille has been very prominent while Duduzane seems to have vanished

Wonder what's going on there
Last time I checked that one was sent on errands like conveying intelligence information to the office of the General Bantu Holomisa, apparently the extra seat the General got is all thanks to the information he received from uBaba.

But the ANC source has dismissed DA statements that they are in coalition talks, adding there’s little appetite for a coalition with the DA.

“There are no talks with the DA. Our policies don’t align. There is also concern around our international position with Palestine and our role at the International Court of Justice,” the source said.

“If we go into a coalition with the DA that will be a smack in the face internationally for us. The IFP on the other hand has had a history of battles with the ANC which is very painful,” said the source.

So that leaves the two parties who lost you the election.

“There's a lot of tension currently. Not only because of our loss to the uMkhonto weSizwe Party (MK) which is humiliating, but because of four snakes within the NEC, whom we suspect were working with the MK all along," the leader told IOL — names of the suspected four were given to IOL.

Only four?

IOL of course...

Just because there is little appetite does not necessarily mean it won't happen. The DA and ANC is not exactly the first option, even the DA in the ANC's position would try to explore other options first.

Everyone will talk to everyone else. Including sworn enemies - well enemies in public anyway. The horse trading has begun behind closed doors and the retard voters will be informed of the outcome in due course

Just say that the MK fails to attend the voting of the president and speaker- which may or may not happen.

Will the ANC still need a coalition to nominate the speaker and the president?
