It's not a question of being racist. It was tested if that is incitement of violence(a real crime not a fake leftist crime like racism or hate speech.) And the court rightfully determined this guy is a clown and nobody takes him seriously.
Laws have changed though. Depending on the timing of the incident , if they were in effect, it's now a differant story.

Whether someone is a fool or not should not condone and allow such utterances.

This is what needs to be put to bed. This whole "timing" narrative.

It's ****ing BS that something you did decades ago when you were 2 can be held against you when you are famous 20 years later.

None of us had to deal with this kak growing up.

TL;DR version?

(I know its a tough question)

Wingnut always asks the tough questions.
Just a general legal principle. Laws/rules do not/should not apply retroactively.

The parliament cannot suspend him for actions he took before he was an MP. The rule of conduct only apply to MPs. They said the same thing about Renaldo.

The DA chose to take action against Renaldo. They don't want to be associated with that.
The MK specifically want to look like crazy racist.

Fair enough. So it's up to MK to suspend him.

Depends on the extent , hence why we have a statuate of imitations on many.

But as others have said, this is more court of public opinion and politics vs laws.

Most crimes have a ststute of limitations. This is not generally a problem. The problem in SA is not that criminals get punished long after the fact. It is that they completely walk free without punishment.

Nobody can hold anything you did at 2 against you. Don't post things online that you don't want out in the public. Online is public.

And as he says, they won't suspend him. They are sending mostly racist trolls to parliament. This may be good as the people who helped them get elected are being shunted aside for these Johnny come latelys. so, the party won't last longer than the next election.

Good example of Wingnut asking the tough questions that nobody can answer.

No, everyone pointed to the source of the data, question was answered.. you just couldn't be arsed to do the hard yards to get what you wanted.

So good example of Wingnut being a lazy fscker and expecting everyone else to do his work for him.

I'm asking about banning MK.

Yes, can I have a straight up answer already?
