Generally it is considered bad to ban your political appointments in a democracy.

The constitution have rules and their might be some political parties act or something for all the election rules. That you can look up on your own time. We just went through this with the election.

Without doing that I can tell you that unless they bomb a wimpy they are not getting banned.

Democracy is overrated. We should ban all communist and green parties for being anti human. But that should be done with a constitutional amendment and not because some idiot said something racist

And this may be a unpopular opinion and I in no way like them but the controversy of having mk mp's who fight against the Constitution being sworn in to uphold the constitution is also fine. As a legislature person, you can disagree with the constitution and fight to have it amended or changed, that is why we have legislatures.
