It could also be because there is now a IFP premier, that would well have swung votes away from both ANC and MK.
 
I was going to say the same thing, if he's agreved by the party a feels that he still has support nothing stoping him starting his own party and going back to parliament.
its worked for JM with the EFF, it didn't work for Ace and the ACT, but they all had the option and close to start there own party like he does.

If true then that's a fair point. But just because one person is not being held to a certain standard doesn't mean nobody must be held to that same standard. Renaldo tried to make a point but went the wrong way with it. He should resign of his own accord, and can always come back at a later stage when this is cleared up. What is at stake is far larger than this single issue.

He brought the party into disrepute. Then they can load all his shenanigans into the disrepute case.

Why would it ever clear up? This happened 16 years ago.

Yeah, lot of talk that it's his ghost account but the cabonera character has posted a video of himself before, addressing the allegations.
