Yes indeed they do. But they cannot now claim that he has brought them into disrepute. That video was made in 2010. If they were unaware of it that's their bad.

lol it wasn’t a leak. I watched the stream all those years ago, it was released into the public domain by that genius.

Yes he used racial slurs, but when one is speaking under hypothetical (What if I said a thing) then they are not directly targeting anyone. Thus, no intention of hate speech can possibly be established, and any perceived offense is misplaced. The slurs themselves were not expressed; they were under the purview of a hypothetical as the expression itself. And any further argument around trying to establish hidden malicious intent or hiding behind hypothetical is mere conjecture (We can't mind read).

Not that my opinion would matter of course.

But why use slurs in the "hypothetical" scenario he painted when the offending song doesn't? He had ulterior motives in my opinion.

As per my edit, that would be conjecture. But yes, entirely possible he did have bad intent. Just not provable.

Not high IQ stuff, but you seem to be struggling pretty hard to understand the broader implications.
 
Why do people always compare this type of behaviour to the likes of Julius? The EFF performed badly in the election because majority of South Africans are not buying what Julius is selling. When you are in a situation where you need to justify your behaviour by comparing yourself to Julius, you must know you've already messed up.
