They had a good thing going with Zuma, many people were even prepared to give them a chance, things started falling apart after something highly compromising about the Commander or one of his inner circle was revealed, things went downhill from there. They also had no plan post Zuma so their rhetoric started getting old and stale.

True. I think they capitalised on Zuma as much as any opposition party and benefited them as a new party at the time. And they don't really have anything else than their typical racist, edgy, radical **** to sell that as you said gets old real fast. I mean it is reassuring that at least most of the SA electorate rejects their radical ideas, but that 10% - 13/15% that might actually fall for it might prove pesky in 2024.

And funnily enough, no one mentions the EFF falling or stagnating in total vote share, just ANC and DA, even tho there is proof that they suffered the same. The smaller parties (VF+, IFP, ASA, etc) were the big winners of 2021 tbh.

You talking about Malema's tax debacle or...?

Maybe. Regardless, isn't it a criminal offence to have classified intel, etc?
Only if you're not EFF. They can destroy property, sing songs about killing people, shoot automatic weapons into the air, instruct people to invade land, assault people and nothing happens.

No, I am talking about whatever prompted that trip to Nkandla and the subsequent change of tone regarding Zuma.
