Why are they suprised? Twat in a hat always "walks" thru the aftermath.. even when the looting etc happend. His hat is worth more than him...
Daily there are incidents where people are killed in Cape Flats and surrounds, I don't see him rushing there.

The ANC deny they're ghosts. It is funny, they had a radio program where an ANC person was busy defending the ANC and one of the ghost workers phoned in and confirmed the ghost workers story and how he was just employed out of an ANC meeting. He does nothing but gets a salary. The ANC guy still tried to spin it even after the horse's mouth confirmation. It's a joke.
The ANC likely gets away with it in councils where they're majority as there's little accountability then.

Ok, so DA won the ward. But it didn't cripple ASA like I thought it would. ASA actually went up by 14% since last year in that ward, that's a massive jump up. So ASA's momentum stays intact, all other parties lost vote share (most likely to ASA).
