Tight, how? Do they have a majority or not?
A majority by 1. In a coalition of 10 parties. That's not very secure given the ANC's habit of buying votes. I assume the GOOD didn't vote for the mayor as the MONC had a 2 vote advantage but the mayor only 1?

Do the multi-party government have a majority to prevent what is potentially going to happen to Tina and her government?
IDK who Tina is, but the coalition as of now has 56 seats. If they can integrate Northern Alliance and DOP into the fold they'll have a narrow 50%+1 seats in council.

Yeah. I hope that it doesn't become a perpetual brawl there like from 2016 to last year...

Of course, they wouldn't. Most likely agreed that Johnson needs to leave, but they'd never vote for a DA mayor, that's for sure.

"Jy is 'n nul op 'n kontrak"

I've always loved that phrase.

Anyway, the muni guy lost his **** because they wanted to put up a train track warning sign? LMAO
Typical. They do fokol to solve the problem - Afriforum comes and NOW they are upset about it. Fcking idiots.

Sorry, I meant Tania Campbell, Executive Mayor of Ekurhuleni.
