yeah i would rate his stuff on the same level as smabergs TouchX roms were. I just think this a very interesting non XDA development.

ah and ive gone with Tsponge and installed the Jack Lite. VERY nice, it just works, everything works, unlike firestorm. Give it a bash guys.

I've also installed Jack Medium and everything seems to work indeed. I think I will stay with this ROM for a while.

does it have touch flo or only win 6.5
 
touchflo, but very nice tabs theme that i havent seen before.

its good, it really is very good.

take the Jack Medium not Jack Lite.
 
i'm on jack 3.x, but will flash to 4.x tomorrow - download just finished.

for those who dont know, there are now two versions;

J 3.X - Wm 6.1
J 4.x - Wm 6.5

tsponge, im on v4.... its great

i see that smaberg is back with new touchX stuff.... however the posts on his threads seem to hint at many bugs and begging for donations everywhere hehe.

im downloading Itjes TouchIT V13. im so so happy with jack meduim, but i HAVE to see what the hype is about with Itjes new rom on HTCpedia
 
ok installed Itjes new Touch IT 13.... aaaargh. its fast and strong but its DULL. feels like an early strong version of Firestorm, NOTHING wow. and then Itje also has a LEO beta and same old same old sms landscape issues etc.
So then i see a new Firestorm yesterday ... version 2.9, install it and its friggen magic.
awesome new gasoline theme, fast as all hell and seems pretty darn bug free. it also has a new panoramic effect, as you drag thru tabs the background moves as if you panning.... woot. i know i said i was gonna stay away from firestorm but eish this one is gooooood
 
ive installed valk 2.9 and its not that fast ,i have a few issues with it no battery meter (gives you the time where battery meter should be:()

when you want to add contact its in german :(

does anyone know how to get the battery meter sorted
 
Ah, and to get the battery back in the top bar, go to

Settings > System > Clock & Alarms > more

and uncheck the Display the clock on the title bar option...

weeiiiiirrrrrd, when i go add contact its fine????

and the batt fix is simple, smaberg released a little cab a couple releases back that i use on each release now.... just trying to find it now :)
