They say it was done by pro-Assad forces, they did not say Russia, Turkey said Russia

Mind you I'd also like to know how the hell you can identify the warplane dropping bombs on you when you're just a doctor in a hospital, I guess pro-Assad is just a safe bet because you can identify the ground forces and have to assume airstrikes at the same time are in support of those forces unless the bombs hit them too?

How did you make out that it was a Russian Jet? Also it could be a cut and paste job putting those clips together as we don't get to see the jet that's suppose to be Russian dropping anything. At 11 sec we see what looks like a missile strike

I think it's because only Russia is flying jets over Syria, hence anything in the sky is a Russian jet :whistle:.

I just don't understand why countries would sign these treaties when they know their competitors won't.

Europe: We're Europe and we've signed up to this treaty to ban these weapons.
Others: We're the US of A, China and Russia, and we didn't sign sht.
Europe: Well.... that puts us at a massive disadvantage in conventional warfare.... but we have the moral highground, that's useful.
Others: No it isn't.

Also I don't think that was Cluster Bombs

Cluster munitions are dropped from aircraft or fired from the ground or sea, opening up in mid-air to release tens or hundreds of submunitions, which can saturate an area up to the size of several football fields. Anybody within the strike area of the cluster munition, be they military or civilian, is very likely to be killed or seriously injured. The fuze of each submunition is generally activated as it falls so that it will explode above or on the ground

Look again at your clip 11 sec in, does that look like cluster bombs?
