He is not that tall though. I am 1.92 or something. And that picture he looks like a freaking giant. Maybe cause of his weight? Then again, I suppose 14cm difference does actually make a very large differnce.

It's not just a tattoo - it's an entire lifestage change.
Tattoo : Get one of those tribal tattoo sleeves
Clothes : Get yourself some Affliction, Tap Out or Ed Hardly apparel
Lingo : Change your phrases and call everyone 'brother!' or 'bro!' - and say 'schweet!' often enough
Car : Maybe a Focus ST in orange - decat, Wildcat exhaust with a wastegate to dispose of excess air. Finish it off with a Monster sticker
Sunglasses : Go for the white frame and try get the orange reflection as well.
Once you've done this - have your boys set you up with some supplements and klap that gym 4 time per week, before heading to H2O and you are set, brother!
