I've never really had issues with OW.
I started reading this thread and was surprised.
Then I wanted to check my stats on IS and I can't seem to login.
Where would I check my concurrent users information?
Have you tried userstats.adsl.saix.net? I dont think it works for everyone but give it a try.
Just login with your adsl username and password, the same one configured on your router.
Found my account details worked on SAIX.net
handed all research, facts and proof over to IS legal and abuse via my lawyer. maybe they can clarify some or all issues.
They're even still invoicing a guy at work who cancelled months ago. rofl.
Well I've laid my cards before them so it's their choice with how they handle it from here on in.
