The truth about Openweb

I can picture him handing out pamplets at the intersections:

-Bring back lost data.
-Achieve a more powerful and long lasting signal.
-Permanent cure for bad pings.

Ok lolf :D

Just remembered why I love this forum.

I've never really had issues with OW.
I started reading this thread and was surprised.
Then I wanted to check my stats on IS and I can't seem to login.
Where would I check my concurrent users information?

Have you tried userstats.adsl.saix.net? I dont think it works for everyone but give it a try.
Just login with your adsl username and password, the same one configured on your router.

I'm on a Gamers King (Downloaders Bling) account which states Downloads will be prioritized After Hours!
11PM on a Sunday, I don't think it can get much more 'after hours' than that.
Downloads at a whopping 40kBps!

Thanks for the bull**** service once again Openweb!

handed all research, facts and proof over to IS legal and abuse via my lawyer. maybe they can clarify some or all issues.

Great work there Mika, please update us on the progress and end result.

@Zenbaas

You would love my emails to Athol today then ;) i requested a confirmation of cancellation on a letter head he basically told me "My email will suffice im the owner"

Wow isn't that nice then. It's been back and forth today as well and if I was closer to them I would have physically gone to their offices in person. Guess that's why they have all the cloak and dagger addresses.
Edit: But emails back and forth to Keoma as the "owner" doesn't suffice. :(

They're even still invoicing a guy at work who cancelled months ago. rofl.

Well I've laid my cards before them so it's their choice with how they handle it from here on in.

If they debit me at the end of this month, I will open a fraud case against them:P
