That none of us were told about or made aware of on the day we signed up.

When I cancel I'm going to tell them to go **** themselves if they tell me this BS. This wasn't part of the ToS when I signed up.

That must be an all time low for any ISP.

EDIT: I see that added this to their terms on the 25th of January 2012. Special thanks to The Wayback Machine. ;)

I signed up in September 2012, so I wouldn't have had a leg to stand on.

Hi totempole....i still don't see it in their T&Cs....you not allowed to downgrade during the one month calendar notice to terminate service; but nothing bout downgrading in general

If those T&Cs are legal in the first place considering upgrades take a few minutes.

I agree it's open to interpretation:
Users may not downgrade their ADSL account/s during the one (1) calendar months’ notice period.

Since cancellation notice must given before the 25th of the previous month, I think it's safe to say that if you downgrade on the 23rd and cancel on the 24th, it should be okay.

Holy crap!! I knew Openweb was dodgy, but didn't know they had SO much dirt under their mats!! Thanks for the creation of this thread, very informative....LOL im sure Google has indexed this, and it will appear close with OpenWeb's search result :)

Holy crap!!

Unbelievable  It doesn't take long to upgrade, provided you have paid for. Keoma, why don't you just take their money immediately and run away? Oh, it's illegal!

Wow - their logo may also be ripped from another company!

Was driving around CT and saw a car for a security systems company that has the exact same "O" as their logo - totally forgot the name!

Anyone able to assist in finding out where this comes from?
