I get this: iperf3: error - unable to send control message: Bad file descriptor ???
Are they working or is there a special port?
Good point -

Bingo. Thanks.

What monitoring software do you guys recommend? I've been meaning to get some Smokeping going again, but feel like I can do more than just that

Depends what you want to see and on some of it smokeping does a good job.

I also use nagios, NTOPNG, NeDI and unifi controller. Waiting to move nagios to grafana but thats a big job.

Talking about smokeping. It has a DNS check:
This is google

This is cloudflare

So has google DNS gone for a ball of chalk????

Give the man a bells! Ou toppie does not take any kuk...

He could have protested gone on a savage rampage, burned and/or broken some unrelated stuff, or caused some major traffic upheaval, or even resorted to social media, but he was old school.
Stylish and classy, even at $10,000 US. Got to love this guy.
