The VW Up! Thread

Just saw a 3-door Up! with parking sensors!

For what:

- Car is tiny
- Has an excellent turning circle
- Excellent all-round visibility
- Standard power steering

I see why now...R3600 option pack with other goodies....not bad then

My Aunt has a 2015 UP! uses it as a runaround, her daily car is a 2013 BMW X3 3.5, with all the bells&whistles, and she still loves the little VW. My only issue with it is that it felt like they took recycled bits from the Polo Vivo and through them in the Up, may be in the higher end Ups things are better?

Anyway, I'm seeing a lot of these around lately and mostly middle aged women driving them, and you can see they ticked all the options when they got it: sunroof, park sensors etc...

Nope, not a woman, although ask questions like one,
Did meet a few of you at one of the jhb meets.

What I meant is that the glass tailgate makes it easier to reverse, so you can see better out the back.
Must be a feature for women,

Only thing I don't like is that smartphone cradle, these better come with Anti-Smash and Grab as standard down here is all I'm saying.
 
Can't find the 2016 Up! thread, but I saw a Cross Up! 5 door yesterday at the sheriff's office. They wouldn't let me take a picture, but that is actually a very neat looking little car.
