Negan makes sense if someone is that fat and living in your colony she is obviously eating 2-4 peoples food and should be culled, its for the benefit of the entire colony.

He even offered to jump on the grenade and she refused.

Obviously shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers are NOT in short supply post zombie apocalypse...fuk, if I was Rick, I would cut his hair off myself.
 
I can suspend my belief in a lot of things, but I cant wrap my head around how or why Negan has supporters.

Must be the support through fear dynamic which is quite prevalent throughout history.
Why are there men supporting Al Qaeda, ISIS, Boko Haram?
We can go back to Nazism or even further back.

Fear and ignorance are prime candidates but throughout history there's been incidents of the masses following a leader and his ideologies without question. Jim Jones and our very own Prophet of Doom are other examples.

Negans followers are of the "trailer trash" variety so it makes perfect sense.

urgh... on one hand its good the mid season finale, on the other hand it was too full of content this time. Previous episodes showed very little of the group, this episode imo showed way too much. But wont spoil it, but it was better than in previous weeks. I have to say though, that season 7 THUS FAR is on par with season 2 as not very good.
 
Really enjoyed 708. Very good effort & really eager to see how 2nd half of S7 plays out.

But...as poster above mentions we're still talking 6 distinct plot points in this one epi. It could have been spaced out better I think between 707 & 708 at least.

Last 20mins gets really good. 2 people die also (kinda always happens in a Mid-season Finale). 1 is a scumbag & 1 is not.
