If I have a choice, like at roman's/pizza hut then I always choose thick bases. But if the choice is romans or del forno which only has thin/fire baked for eg, then I'd always go for the fire baked.

Thin... In fact the bacon, avo and spinach one at half price from the Jolly Rodger on Sundays... Some of their Chilli sauce... To much of goodness.
