Foreign ATMs...I never realised they charge foreign fee AND foreign ATM withdrawal on top of that:

Amex card ATM withdrawal - (2.99+3) - 6% plus whatever dodgy rate you get

Luckily not all the cards are like that but jirre

This why my card is last resort anywhere
 
Lane jumpers that eventually cause gridlock.

Two lanes; left lane turns left only and the right one goes straight. Left lane is the busiest and slowest moving while the right lane is the quieter, flowing lane. So, arseholes fly down the right lane and then at the very end force their way (solid white line) in to the left lane, bringing the erstwhile flowing right lane to a grinding halt along with making the already slow-moving left a disaster.

Delivery trucks blocking single public road to off-load. Cars must just wait behind ....

Also hate this. It happens the otherway too. Right lane turning only, left lane goes straight. Arseholes join the fast moving left lane and force their way in at the front of right turning lane. Grrrrrr. Selfish bastards.

Then again nobody cares about road rules.
 
Takealot with their fourth day of promising a delivery and failing at it.

I have not had any gripes up until this last order of mine, and it shall be my last purchase there ever.

I'll rather shop elsewhere even if I have to pay a bit more or sacrifice my eBucks earn

BuyCycle.co.za and how these guys manage to vaakup each and every time.

Last week Monday I order a front derailleur for my road bike. In the description it says it is clamp on or braze on so I figure they messed up the listing, I email them instructing them to make sure it is braze on. No response. Last Friday the order is delivered and it is clamp on. I email them again telling them it is the wrong unit and if only they replied to my email sent 5 days ago this would not have happened. Auto reply - they have their year end function.

This Monday I get a long sorry story about the mess up and the agree to exchange the part for me once they get stock of the braze on type. I ask them where to I can return the one I have. Nothing.

So today I buy a braze on type, exact same model, from CWC and tell BuyCycle to not bother with an exchange as I want a refund. Next response I get from them is that the courier is on it's way to collect the wrong one from me. WTF, I am not at the address where it was delivered and even if I was I would not have it with me unless they told me prior to the time. Since it was only R180 and told them to just forget it, I'll keep the wrong one and see it as school fees.

Communication people! Get it right. :mad:
