BuyCycle.co.za and how these guys manage to vaakup each and every time.
Last week Monday I order a front derailleur for my road bike. In the description it says it is clamp on or braze on so I figure they messed up the listing, I email them instructing them to make sure it is braze on. No response. Last Friday the order is delivered and it is clamp on. I email them again telling them it is the wrong unit and if only they replied to my email sent 5 days ago this would not have happened. Auto reply - they have their year end function.
This Monday I get a long sorry story about the mess up and the agree to exchange the part for me once they get stock of the braze on type. I ask them where to I can return the one I have. Nothing.
So today I buy a braze on type, exact same model, from CWC and tell BuyCycle to not bother with an exchange as I want a refund. Next response I get from them is that the courier is on it's way to collect the wrong one from me. WTF, I am not at the address where it was delivered and even if I was I would not have it with me unless they told me prior to the time. Since it was only R180 and told them to just forget it, I'll keep the wrong one and see it as school fees.
Communication people! Get it right.

My 4 year old eats pretty much like a teenager these days. So now that school is closed and his cousin is visiting, every day when I get home I open our pantry/ fridge and everything is gone - biscuits, juice, peanut butter, fruit, leftover Nandos. Pretty sure he's swigging my bourbon as well.

Adblock and uBlock Plus - not for blocking ads etc, but for having a noticeable indicator in the top corner of my screen that keeps distracting me. I actually don't care how many things it blocks - or even what - only that it does its job successfully.
