Things that please you...

Handy sites like it-tools. Someone forked the repo and made one that has a ton of more features (and it can be self-hosted).

ComboFix ftw!

Our family went to the concert in the park at Mark's Park, hosted by Hot1027, yesterday. So grateful it was not today.. Despite some rain the weather was extremely kind to us. Today would have pushed the limits of endurance, with so much rain in Joburg.

The concert/venue were amazing. I never get tired of seeing Just Jinger or PJ Powers performing on stage.

Midge Ure (71) was brilliant. Did not know all the songs, but his voice and band were heavenly.

Tom Baley (69) of the Thompson Twins was definitely the highlight for me. His backing band and vocals were superb. Being able to get ~25 metres from the stage made it super special. Having my family there (daughter 21, Son 15) right upfront made the day amazing. The music and songs were divine.

What an awesome day/night!

Thank you to the organisers and Hot 102.7 FM.

It's another day I will always cherish and remember.

This current neanderthal name-calling on X/Twitter

Somebody thought whites would be triggered by being called Neanderthal, but it's quite the opposite.
Even funnier when they go that neanderthals aren't human so shouldn't get human rights. It's like dude neanderthals are humans, it's an archaic human. Hence the genus homo, which sapiens also fall under. Plus
They found DNA segments in the West Africans that could best be explained by ancestral interbreeding with an unknown member of the human family tree that led to what is called genetic "introgression." It is unclear if West Africans derived any genetic benefits
from this long-ago gene flow.

And unlike some that want to throw you in jail or fine you...

"you can call me whatever you want just don't call me late for dinner" words to live by

We were able to go to see My Fair Lady at the Teatro in Montecasino on Friday. We had no idea what to expect to see. The tickets we were able to get were literally right at the back of the theatre. It was on my wife's birthday, so something we wanted to enjoy as a family. Children 21 and 15 in attendance. Totally unexpected, but what an amazing musical it was. We all loved it. What a special night. Thank you all.

I am still reminiscing the outing to Marks Park in Johannesburg. As a family we enjoyed the experience. Thank you @ Hot1027 for bring this to JHB. Tom Bailey of the Thomspon Twins was the most special. Getting withing 30m of the stage and enjoying old school hits, singing, dancing and loving this as a family was an amazing experience for me to be there with them. Tom Bailey was absolutely beautiful on stage.

The word Bean, especially if I say it like Mr Bean would in my head

Beeeeeann

And if you can't find that simple kind of thing amusing, my sympathies.

It pleases me to announce that I've been silently banned from Broadband and IT news, which happens to include DailyInvestor

Some of the other articles in that section of the forum is somewhat interesting, but I can still read them when I log out. LOL
