Been clean since the 11 of sept. (barring one handgrenade for my buddies B-day).

But come Dec. I will be drinking a beer/cocktail/whiskey on the beach in mozambique

I would scrap the Gym idea completely until you are hundred percent better. I just don't see why you need to strain your body more, while it's trying to recover.

Rather give yourself about a week or more to recover and rather go walk a small distance each late afternoon.

That said, scrap the alcohol completely, because that won't help with losing weight/toning muscles either.
