I cancelled my Rain in May and the "cancel button" also didn't do anything. And then randomly it decided to do something again a few days later.

My guess is it has something to do with the billing cycle on their systems, it might be around this time every month they do an invoice run.

When the button did work, it had me try to schedule a router return date in 1971 or something. Oh how I wish I was born back then and old enough to own a router. Not that either existed in 1971. Not me, not 5G, or 4G, or 3G or 2G or GPRS or mobile.
