I had the same issue with them. I had absolutely PATHETIC service. And only when I started using the F-word in emails I got my account cancelled and even a months refund.

Well - they offered to cancel my account in the current month, and partially refund me because apparently I was bad for business with my constant posts about the ****ty product and changing shared accounts the whole time - that was the days when they still had their fanboi's defending them like there was no other ISP.
I think it ith a well known that an athol runth OpenWeb, we have theen thith again and again here on mybroadband and should not be thurprised everytime thith athol liveth up to hith name.
