Lol something like that. I'm going to look for another android box, because the wife and kids are taking over, so I think I need a replacement. Are the Telkom boxes now available to buy outright or still via contract?

But then what did you test to get the HDR flickering on and off ?
I connected to HDMI port with i had enabled the Deep colour mode.. Apparantly when u enable this mode for LG tv's you enable HDR on HDR supported tv's.. So i had an issue with flickering as i moved through the menus. when i connected to my 3rd port with no HDR support i didnt have that problem..
Hoping its not the TV thats the issue with this problem.. but i also dont mind getting a new replacement tv
Mine didn't have Netflix installed as default. I must still sideload it. Uhm.but must first get Netflix account before I can even do that!
Interface /UI seems smooth enough.
Kodi working very smoothly. For some reason however Kodi doesnt fit my 1080p screen with some of the sides cut off. Can I do adjustments anywhere? Does anyone know how I can add movies on an external USB stick to my Kodi library? It can play movies on the stick, but I cannot get it to find the USB at the add to library screen.
Also noticed that.. in the OS settings there is an option to adjust screen, you can adjust the zoom.. maybe u can try that

So I went to Telkom this morning to get one of the these LIT devices.
Waited about 15min and was then told that the system is very slow.
So I walked around for a while and returned to the store about 30minutes later only to be told I have to come back the following day.
Seeing that they are open until 20:00 tonight, I asked them to let me know when the device has been added to my account so I I can collect it later this evening.
I'll just have to wait then.
PS. Did anyone do a Benchmark test with Antutu on the Telkom Device yet?

Just tested DSTV Now. Works like a charm. Next up: Antutu
Video quality.. did up to HD quality or close??

Hmmm... Dstv movies all in low res. And at second glance...sports also seems to be below 720p. But better than the movie channels. Apk from APK pure.

Awesome thanks. Even on netflix and Showmax the res does not look like HD.
Trying to figure out how to change that.
