So I found a nice little "loophole" if you want to call it that.
I am in the fortunate position where I spend about R5000 a month at Checkers for my household. The majority of this R5000 is paid back to me, I only have to fork out about R1000 of it.
So once every 2-3 months I just buy Checkers vouchers @ 40% discount, and use that to buy groceries. The result is that I can still buy R5000 worth of food, but its only costing me R3000 worth of Ebucks. I still charge my household the 100% rate, and on top op that I still pay in my R1000 as per normal (into a seperate savings account).
The ultimate result is that Im converting all of my Ebucks into asctual cash, and gaining 40% in "interest" if you want to call it that. Im putting all the money away in a seperate savings account, watch this space.
