Delete your post dude. I think this is actually possible. I know from the takealot thread that loopholes are discovered by staff/minions visiting the mybb site and then those loopholes disappear.

i played along - since i am going to pay about 6k of bills later. never done it, but if it was possible i think this thread would have highlighted the possibility a few hundred times.

Well maybe nobody considered using moneymarket. Moneymarket is aimed at lower income brackets and people choose to pay via debit order cos it is convenient.

Stop quoting me and delete your posts. Try it and you can tell me I am a dumbass if i am incorrect.

You earn the most from:
Checkers (tills)
Fnb airtime/contract
Uber/petrol
Prepaid airtime +electricity
Internet transaction
and lastly swiping your card

You can technically still earn via paying your bills on the easypay website. It is at least 3‰ return vs nothing from a debit order

So I found a nice little "loophole" if you want to call it that.

I am in the fortunate position where I spend about R5000 a month at Checkers for my household. The majority of this R5000 is paid back to me, I only have to fork out about R1000 of it.

So once every 2-3 months I just buy Checkers vouchers @ 40% discount, and use that to buy groceries. The result is that I can still buy R5000 worth of food, but its only costing me R3000 worth of Ebucks. I still charge my household the 100% rate, and on top op that I still pay in my R1000 as per normal (into a separate savings account).

The ultimate result is that Im converting all of my Ebucks into actual cash, and gaining 40% in "interest" if you want to call it that. Im putting all the money away in a separate savings account, watch this space.

:D

I'm going to do similar with Makro soon, some people I know want to buy stuff, so I'll be giving them vouchers at a nominal discount ;)

I have a better loophole for you. Save those ebucks, buy checkers vouchers and spend it on a trip to london/thailand at the till.

40 % off a holiday

So, I basically go and do grocery shopping and get paid R2000 to do it, and convert all of my Ebucks into cash in the process.

Not a bad idea at all. The added advantage of having my Ebucks converted in cash is that I can purchase a holiday from whom ever I want, not limited to Checkers, and technically I still get 40% off. :p

Nah I had a look at the travel section on the ebucks site, those prices are inflated and come with too many conditions. The checkers option is better.

I just had a random idea/brain fart.

Can you buy Apple products from incredible connection and makro. Resell to some person who is keen to buy it and make a profit. There are enough isheep to make a profit off.

Its not really a loophole.

Why waste your eBucks on checkers vouchers? If nothing else save them. A few of us have said checkers vouchers are the worst way to spend eBucks...
